Sales for streaming passes close 15 minutes before the published show time. Streaming passes are valid for the date and time of the show only.  All sales are final.

Order confirmation and streaming passes are emailed at the time of the transaction from "The Kings Academy info@booktix.com" with the subject line "The Kings Academy Ticket Information". Please check the spam folder if you don't receive a prompt reply.
